Conference Group Registration

For all youth groups 10+, please complete the Group Registration spreadsheet and pay via https://giving.classy.org/campaign/681576/donate. All adults 25+ must register using the main registration link above. We will make sure you are still assigned to your group. Once complete, send the spreadsheet to registration@southernblackgirls.org

Group Hotel Registration

The host hotel, where all events will take place, is the Atlanta Marriott Marquis. It is very important that you register and begin making your hotel reservations at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis before it closes and the rate returns to the regular rate. If you plan to use the same credit card to pay for multiple rooms, please consider this alternative booking option so that you will not have to swipe the card multiple times at the counter. The hotel has asked that you complete a spreadsheet and email it directly to rudy.jerry@marriott.com. The subject should read “SBGWC – [the name of your group]”.

Please direct ALL questions related to this hotel booking process to Rudy Jerry (rudy.jerry@marriott.com) at the hotel. She will send you the information to put your credit card on file and provide you with confirmation numbers.

$1,000 Travel Stipends Available

Travel stipends, in the form of an electronic Marriott gift card, will be issued on a first come – first serve basis. The maximum amount of each travel stipend is $1000 and must be used at the host hotel. Prior to receiving the travel stipend, you must confirm that you have at least 10 registrants for the 2025 Black Girls Dream Conference.
